Herdís has been with the Enterprise Investment Fund (EIF) since 2010. Before joining EIF, Herdís was a member of the investment team of the venture capital firm, Thule Investments. Prior to that she worked at the Reykjavik Savings Bank and Icelandair. Herdís has a diploma in industrial operations, specialising in marketing, and a B.Sc. in international business administration. She is a certified Securities Broker and holds M.Sc. Degree in corporate finance from the University of Reykjavík.

Björk has over 20 years of experience in the financial markets, especially in the fields of financial accounts and operations control. She was operations manager at Straumur hf. and subsequently Gnúpur hf. Prior to that she worked as a consultant in Íslandsbanki’s private banking services and operations manager at the Iceland Investment Bank (FBA). Björg has earned degrees in business management and business operations at the University of Iceland.

Kristinn completed an M.Sc. degree in corporate finance at the University of Reykjavik in 2010 and a B.Sc. in business administration in 2003 at the same university. After 2009 he worked as a project manager at the Vestia ehf. holding company and prior to that he was with Landsbanki from 2002 to 2008, where he was a mergers & acquisitions expert and a corporate restructuring consultant at Landsbanki’s head office and London office. He has served on the boards of directors of various companies in Iceland.
